Brenna + Ralph Wedding

I love smaller weddings. When the focus is on the bride and groom's love for each other.

Brenna and Ralph's intimate wedding was held on a gorgeous summer day, but pulled Autumn vibes in their gold/maroon theme and DIY décor.

Paying tribute to family was very important to Brenna and Ralph. They incorporated the color red in remembrance of their deceased family members, along with a memorial table. Red is Ralph's favorite, and many of their passed loved one's as well. Brenna also wore vintage jewelry that belonged to her grandmother.

Later on at the reception, Brenna's grandfather's band performed. They created beautiful memories as Brenna's mother sang while she shared her first dance with her father.  They had homemade bread loaves on each table which read "Just tied the knot" in reference to Ralph's love of baking. Brenna made all of the bouquets herself, and even the cake!

"We also had all of the food prepared by family members, which I know is a lot of work. But to us, it gave everybody an important role in the wedding and our food was made with love. A lot of things in the wedding were homemade," said Brenna.

Here is a small gallery of my favorite images from their wedding:
